Our clinic is in an unusual position, bringing together leading orthodontic and maxillofacial skills. A facility opened in 2012, by consultants who already had a number of years Harley Street experience.
The objective was to ensure patients could access world leading treatment in one place. A complete range of orthodontic solutions, backed up by jaw and oral surgery, when helpful to our patients.
Our team lead for orthodontics, Dr Sarah Neale, has been at the top of her profession for 15 years. The maxillofacial team of 5 consultants is headed by Mr Kaveh Shakib, an internationally respected surgeon.
Patients come to us for the right braces to create a fine smile, or significant intervention. Every case treated equally, in a dedicated environment.
Available Facilities
The state of the art facilities we offer are a match to the staff you will meet. They treat you in carefully planned orthodontics suites, with space for family support, personal care and more.
Imaging, dental, medical and sterilisation equipment are chosen to support fine work but also to be flexible. Every orthodontics procedure you could imagine and most surgical procedures can be carried out as day care.
In the event a hospital stay is required, we have established relationships with the Wellington Hospital and Hospital of St John & Elizabeth. Admission is still unusual for our patients, even for complex needs.
Apart from coordinating care, this leaves patients in control of appointments and able to plan their treatment for minimal interference.
A Valued Team
Great orthodontic and surgical care happen because the staff behind our specialists are committed to the same level of support. Their skills make treatment a seamless process.
They understand their roles, equipment and above all, patient needs. From our practice manager, who pulls together every background element, to orthodontic nurses, who contribute to successful care.
The level of staff loyalty we see is remarkable and reflects a sound ethos. Staff are supported through professional development, they see satisfaction in the patients they help treat and share their pleasure.
Supporting Patients
Underlying our ethos is a belief that patients deserve to be seen as unique. No two people’s teeth are the same, so why should treatment be.
Every set of braces and every element of care are individual, as is the nature of the person receiving them. How they feel about treatment and the changes they see should be part of their care.
This creates a welcoming atmosphere for our patients, along with an important outcome. Fine results come from understanding your needs, orthodontics is a very personal science.
